Customer Portal Video Project
In order to better communication between the company and customers, we came up with the idea for a customer portal. The customer could log in and, just like dominoes pizza app, check the status of every order. We would also give them the ability to check on past orders, view new innovation lines, and communicate directly with their account managers.
To ensue a smooth introduction to the customer portal, I put together an animated video explaining all of the features of this portal.
