CUSTOMER PORTAL PROJECT
In order to better communicate with our customers, we came up with a customer portal to allow our customers the ability to message their account managers, view their orders, learn more about new innovation lines, and much more. This project required extensive web design, coding, and video production to ensure a smooth launch.

I ultimately decided on a more fun, cartoon approach for this video to ensure a higher engagement of viewers. The video was a success and upper-management, employees, and customers alike all enjoyed watching it. It was informative and helpful to anyone just logging into the customer portal.
